This set was released on the Philips label I believe in 1994. Conductor is Bernard Haitink and the orchestra is the Royal Concertgebouw Orchestra.

Contains all of Tchaikovsky's wonderful symphonies and also some of his more famous orchestral pieces (Romeo and Juliet Overture, 1812 Overture, Marche Slave, etc.)

???? (Pyotr) is Russian for Peter. Pyotr is merely the direct transliteration, no better or worse.
